Get to Know Us!
Experience Life is an incorporated not-for-profit organisation providing supports for people with disabilities across Melbourne. We work directly with the individuals and their families to assist people with disabilities to achieve their goals. We empower our clients by ensuring they are supported and are directly involved in making decisions that impact their lives. We work to create personal plans focused specifically on them and their needs.

Developing resilience and positive outcomes for people based on their interests and strengths is really important to us, we like to work collaboratively with families, friends, advocates, and other support providers. The fundamental belief that all people with disabilities have the right to actively and meaningfully participate as members of mainstream society helps guide our approach and services.

Experience Life recognises that there is no 'one right way' to support individuals to live their lives, therefore we are dedicated to supporting participants in the way that best suits them.
Participation, Inclusion & Identity
We believe people with disabilities have the right to participate in and be included in their families, their communities and mainstream society. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, LGBTQI Community and other diverse cultural groups will be supported to strengthen their connection to their culture and community.
Meet the Team
Kylie Fletcher
CEO
It’s nice to meet you. My name is Kylie and I’m the new CEO. I’m very excited to start my journey with Experience Life and to be a part of the team. While I am very new to the disability sector, I come from 20 years’ experience in marketing, design and business management.
I am very interested to learn more about how we work as a company and would love to meet as many of you as possible.
Besides work, I am a mum to two children and have an absolute love of animals. My husband, children and I currently live on a small hobby farm, that I am hoping to add to in the future. We love camping and anything outdoors.
Chelsea Templeton
People & Culture Manager
My name is Chelsea, and I’m the People & Culture Manager at Experience Life. I have many years of experience working in the disability sector and consider myself very fortunate to work for such an amazing organisation where staff and clients are encouraged to be themselves, be unique and to experience life. We value the support teams that we build in collaboration with each client, and I love building wonderful working relationships with all our staff. Having a positive team environment throughout our organisation is what helps us thrive! Outside of work, I am a mum of three, I live with MS, and I am obsessed with building miniature houses and doing cross stitch (when my cats aren’t helping)!
Chelsea Thorne
Client Services Liaison
I have just had the pleasure of joining Experience Life, and now known as the second Chelsea within the team. I have over 15 years experience working in the disability sector with children and adults. My passion is being able to work and support clients in the most collaborative way to work towards their current supports and future goals and aspirations. Being part of a wonderful team that provides choice and control of empowering individuals about their life is absolutely paramount. I have a beautiful young family with two beautiful girls who I love to watch movies with, visit the beach, go swimming and shopping! I also love going to watch the footy each week. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions regarding our services and any support we offer at Experience Life.
