Experience Life is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people living with disability across seven local government areas throughout Melbourne’s eastern, southern and south-eastern suburbs, the Dandenong Ranges and Bass Coast.
Depending on each person’s needs and support requirements, we may also be able to provide support outside these areas.
Our support workers provide personalised, one-on-one assistance in people’s homes and local communities. We value consistency and work hard to provide familiar support workers who can build trusted relationships over time. Our support workers receive induction training and ongoing development while they work with us.
Work with us
To apply for a support worker position with Experience Life, you will need:
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certification
