As one of the first local charities to get on board with the State Government’s new Container Deposit Scheme (CDS), we’re now offering the option to donate your returns to us using ReturnIt. Each 10 cent deposit delivers a percentage directly to our not-for-profit organisation, which adds up quickly.

 

We know times are tough, and many of us are not in a position to donate money. But you might be able to donate your deposit return, helping the environment and members of our community with a disability to live their fullest lives.

 

Over the past 15 years, we have been supporting locals with a disability to achieve their goals. We know first hand that small things can make a big difference. Every donation - no matter how small - will make a big difference to the most vulnerable in our community.

How does it work?

We are proud to be an official donation partner of ReturnIt, one of the registered Victorian Container Deposit Scheme (CDS Vic) organisations. 

 

Covering Cardinia and Bass Coast councils (among others), the ReturnIt locations are convenient to our community - making it easy to recycle your cans, bottle and other containers in exchange for 10 cents per deposit.

 

You can choose to donate this money directly to Experience Life, either using the touch-screens at the ReturnIt deposit locations or by registering for the app. 

 

The Experience Life Zone ID code is: C2000008823. 

 

If you have any challenges using this code, you can also follow the easy instructions at the ReturnIt depot. Simply search for Experience Life under the donation section on the touch-screen and go from there!
